All orders are dispatched from our HQ in Fort Langley, British Columbia.
Please note that the timeframe for delivery is an estimate only and we do not have any control over the delivery schedule once your order has been despatched.
Please check your shipping address carefully!
You will receive an email confirmation from us when you place your order. It is important that you double check that your shipping address is correct as once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be redirected.

Please note all orders that added route shipping insurance to their order are covered for the below. By deselecting package protection, Raw Canvas Skin Bar is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged items.
- Lost - stuck in transit
Canada: The issue must be filed between 7 and 30 days from the last shipping update.
United States: The issue must be filed between 20 and 30 days from the last shipping update.
- Stolen - marked as delivered
The issue must be filed between 5 and 15 days from when the order was marked delivered.
Stolen orders over $100 USD require a police report.
The issue must be filed with photos of damaged package and item, no later than 15 days from when order was marked delivered.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
Raw Canvas and Co Ltd. is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred once your order arrives in the country of delivery. All importing taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure about the importing tax threshold in your country, please visit the relevant postal system website for further details.
Please note that Raw Canvas and Co Ltd. are unable to declare your order as a gift.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe you must first contact your local postal service to lodge an enquiry. Raw Canvas and Co Ltd. will do everything that we can to assist you but we cannot be made liable and will not refund or resend the order.
If you selected our tracked shipping option and wish to track your product, please input your tracking number into the shipping companies tracking section on website.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact your local postal authority for more information.
